Lead HR Business Partner - Emily Bunting

I am the Founder of Navigate International HR Consultants and have over 20 years of HR experience across the science, chemical, sustainable technologies, manufacturing, and retail sectors, I bring deep expertise in all areas of HR, including people management, employee development and business performance improvement. I have a strong track record supporting Employees across Europe and Globally, including designing and executing reward and benefits strategies, managing global payroll and driving complex cross-border organisational change.

My experience also includes managing European employee relations projects, leading HR compliance audits, reviewing and aligning contractual terms across countries, and working with third party providers to ensure compliance. Additionally, I have managed the full HR setup for new legal entities — including policy development, contract templates, Workday HRIS configuration, government registrations, payroll, reward structures, and benefits.
